Grow your Community with Letters from Santa
Real estate agents - are you ready use your AI powers to spread some festive joy in your neighborhood?
A couple of days ago, I mentioned that the big fella in the red suit is not too far away, so if you are keen on using the “Letters from Santa” strategy to build some Christmas cheer in the community, you might want to start thinking about it now.

This is a subscriber-only update on last year’s post, and the core strategy has two basic steps:
Collect details of all the kids in your community who want a letter from Santa.
Draft a “letter from Santa” and deliver it to the kids.
Or, if you have a marketing department, you could expand it to a two-way thing with four steps:
Get the kids to write a letter to Santa stating what they would like for Christmas (get them to deliver them to a letterbox marked “North Pole” in your office).
Collect those letters and analyse them for what they want (easily done by snapping a pic and asking ChatGPT transcribe and file the contents).
Email the parents with the answers so they know what to get the kids for Christmas.
Draft a “letter from Santa” and deliver it to the kids.
