One of the big upgrades to ChatGPT in version 4o is its multi-modal capabilities - the ability to see, hear and speak.

Although these capabilities are being progressively rolled out, the upgraded image capabilities are already available.

So, as promised, here is a video exploring ChatGPT 4o's capabilities for creating listing copies from photographs, which I feel could become really useful to you as its capabilities evolve.
