Using AI to gather property testimonials

Social proof is still your secret weapon in real estate - here's how to publish yours

Today is a heads-up, a new tool you might like to try - and I have a favour to ask.

First the heads-up:

We’re ba-aack!

We will be announcing some new dates for some in-person AI-Powered Agents Workshops in September and October, as well as another 6-week virtual program kicking off in early August. Once again, I’ve got some great things to show you all, and I can’t wait to get back out on the road and bring you even more new AI marketing and productivity tips that will supercharge your business.

This time, we will be covering all Aussie states, as well as NZ, and we are super looking forward to showing everyone some new ways to work smarter, not harder!

The tool

I did a podcast with Peter Brewer (REIQ Board Chair, Experienced Agent, Author, Storyteller AND good bloke) a little while ago, and I asked him what he would do if he started in real estate all over again.

Here’s the answer:

The key piece of this that stuck with me was the bit about gathering video testimonials.

It’s brilliant advice because nothing beats video.

But if you are anything like me, it can be hard to keep track of all of your testimonial assets - between the nice things people have said to you on your socials, the videos you’ve collected, Google reviews and more.

But there is a tool that solves this problem - that came to my attention when someone asked me for a testimonial.

And I have to say, I love it!

It’s called testimonial.to and basically, it creates your own formatted “Wall of Love” - amalgamating testimonials from all the places I just mentioned.

Knowing we are about to relaunch the virtual course and the workshops, I spent an hour or so this morning gathering some of the nice things people have said about me and here is what it looks like.

The form/page you use to gather testimonials can also be assembled very quickly by AI.

You can paste your website URL, and using some AI smarts, it will extract your colour scheme and what you do for a living and craft an intro paragraph and some inspo questions (although I did change mine slightly)

What I really love about this is it’s way easier using this tool to take Pete’s sage advice and ask people for a quick video than it is to convince a Bunnings sausage sizzle volunteer to give you an extra onion on a Saturday.

You know what I mean :)

The favour

It’s still early days for AI in real estate, and hopefully, I’ve landed some value with you guys over the last 18 months by sharing loads of free prompts, tools, tips and reviews to gently guide you into your AI journey - and ensuring you have the latest tools and thinking to keep pushing your business forward.

So, would you be willing to share a brief testimonial about your experience with subscribing to AI-Powered Agents, what you have learned, and how it’s impacted you?

If you leave me a text review, I’ll love you forever (seriously!)

If you leave me a video review, I’ll love you forever AND give you a coupon code for a discount on the upcoming workshops, which aren’t going to be publicly discounted at all this time around (just as an extra incentive).

I appreciate you!

Happy Hunting 🚀
