The universe wants you to thrive in 2024

Hey, hey everyone - Happy New Year!

We kick the year off with the warm fuzzies that a former real estate agent is about to become a real-life Queen of a whole country.

If nothing else, it’s a great inspiration to dream big!

(If you’re not sure what I’m referring to, fun fact: Mary Donaldson - Crown Princess Mary of Denmark - worked for Belle Property in Woollahra before she met Prince Fredrik. And, just saying… if Luxe Listings Sydney had been around then, she might have fitted right in…!)

But, back to the new year theme, in numerology, 2024 is an ‘8’ year (2+0+2+4=8), and whether or not you believe in this stuff, I’ve done some research, and it all seems pretty positive, so I’m going to make like Ted Lasso and believe.

Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect in an ‘8’ year:

• Prosperity is one of the big signals of an ‘8’ year but prosperity won’t just come to you without some work. “A universal eight-year can be incredibly empowering because we can access the fruits of our labour fairly easily, but it requires us to shift from floating in the ethereal… to assertive action and maintaining a well thought out plan…”

• Last year was a ‘7’ year which challenged a lot of us to reframe our reality. I certainly re-framed mine… on January 1 last year, I wondered if I still had a job as a writer. As it turns out, I do, and it’s a better one because I have chosen to look at things differently; and go with the flow. Whether you know it or not, your reality has changed too: the tools you have to do business now are extraordinarily different from the tools you had access to 12 months ago. How will you capitalise on this in the next 12 months?

• The energy of this ‘8’ year is said to inspire everyone to break free of convention, take action and bring their dreams to life. As I’ve said several times I think this AI age we are in is a game changer and opens up some incredible possibilities that we’ve never had before - no matter your level of education, income, savings etc. It’s up to you to grab hold of them.
