Super SEO and long tail keywords

"The best place to hide a dead body is page two of Google" - Unknown

A vibrant digital workspace illustrating the process of creating a video, but without any text. The image is divided into two sections. On the left, a visually engaging checklist represented by colorful, abstract icons and symbols, each symbolizing a step in video production like scriptwriting, filming, editing, and publishing, but without any written words. The right side of the image features a dynamic and creative depiction of a video production scene, with a camera, editing software interface on a computer screen, and a film clapperboard, all conveyed through vivid imagery and icons. The atmosphere is lively and productive, with visual elements like arrows and lines connecting the checklist symbols to the video production items, suggesting the progression from planning to execution. This image is in a wide 16:9 format, ideal for a blog header, and avoids the use of text to maintain a purely visual narrative.

Since ChatGPT was built into Bing, the above quote may need some adjusting in the not-too-distant future.

For the first time in forever, ChatGPT is making Bing a serious contender to Google for web search.

The race is well and truly on.

But this is a simple newsletter!

So today, I’m going to offer a really cool use for ChatGPT - which is to give you some SEO help.

SEO is complex, so this won’t be perfect, but some kind of done is always better than perfect.

Today’s prompt of the day

Could you please give me 10 long-tail keywords for [keyword] in [your suburb]

You could replace ‘keyword’ with real estate or investment property and your suburb with where you’re selling. For example:

Could you please give me 10 long-tail keywords for real estate in Runaway Bay?

Could you please give me 10 long-tail keywords for property investment in Runaway Bay?

You might also add “and surrounding suburbs” to the end of that prompt for extra points.

You could then use the results as part of a workflow to build blog posts, social media posts and more.

For my paying subscribers (thank you!), here is a replay of a 60-minute training session video I did for one of the Aussie real estate groups. The video shows this workflow, along with the exact prompts that I used. I promise the time will go pretty quickly, and to get the most out of it, open up ChatGPT and play along!
