Remember the classic Bruce Lee films with their iconic overdubbed English translations, where the words we heard were so ridiculously out of sync with the movement of the lips on screen?

If you’ve never experienced that before (where have you been?!), here is a fun clip from Police Academy where Larvell pretends to go all Bruce Lee at two criminals messing with the local greengrocer…

For Bruce, it was a quirky charm that added a unique flavour to his legendary performances.

There are times as real estate agents, we might want to translate things into other languages, and video is the language of building great relationships fast.
