What are the words you don't want ChatGPT to use?
Sometimes defining the negatives can lead you to a quicker positive outcome
In yesterday’s masterclass, I made a lot of references to prompt building blocks, including task, context, role, style and tone.
There are others, such as Background info, Target Audience, Multipliers, Steps, Length, Seed words, Template examples, and Negative Words.
We’ll deal with the last one today, as it’s pretty easy.
If you include negative words in a prompt, your results won’t include those words.
Today’s Prompt of the Day
List 20 keywords or terms that are cliché or overused and should be avoided in real estate agents or property managers' bios or profiles.
Here’s ChatGPTs response (and there is absolutely no breaking news here!)
Certainly, here's a list of 20 terms that can be considered cliché or overused in the context of real estate agents or property managers' bios in Australia, and might be best avoided for fresh and genuine communication:

These phrases can often become meaningless when used excessively, as they might not clearly convey the unique value or characteristics that a particular agent or property manager offers. Replacing them with more specific and tangible descriptions of experience, expertise, or approach can help in creating a more authentic and compelling bio or profile.
You might want to use these words as “Negatives” in a prompt like one of these LinkedIn bio creation recipes.
So this prompt:
I'm a real estate sales agent in Runaway Bay. Can you please give me some ideas for my LinkedIn headline with popular keywords. No more than 120 characters.
Would become:
I'm a real estate sales agent in Runaway Bay. Can you please give me some ideas for my LinkedIn headline with popular keywords. No more than 120 characters. Please do not use any of the words listed above [or alternately list the words you don't want used]
Using negative words in your prompts is yet another way to get to your desired result quicker!
Happy Hunting 🚀
