Yesterday, we examined Instagram bios; today, we will examine ideas for content on Instagram.

Between the listing posts/reels (and I believe there are six variations of them: Coming Soon, Sneak Peek, Just Listed, Open Home, Auction/Sold, Testimonial) and other real estate content (market updates etc), one good strategy is to include some local area content and a popular strategy is to be a local area tour guide.

Note the obvious prompt, “Please provide me 20 Instagram Post ideas, I’m a real estate agent in Runaway Bay”, is probably not going to get you the result you want. It will be pretty generic.
