📣 Introducing AI Powered Agents "CoachCast" 📣

A little bit podcast, a little bit coaching: Exclusive to paid subscribers

I’ve been looking for ways to add more value to our paid subscribers, and everyone who knows me well knows I like to push boundaries on what value looks like and produce content that other people in the industry don’t.

I’ve been quite inspired by the blog ‘Every’ lately and by everything Dan Shipper does, including his podcast AI and I.

So, I couldn’t help but wonder if I could create something similar for our paid subscribers.

A couple of months ago, I emailed half a dozen people to see if they would be in it: Give me three of your most burning questions about using AI, and I’ll answer them for free if you let me post the longer video on aipoweredagents.com (ie here).

I promised to work through the problem as I would if I were trying to solve it for myself with my screen recorder on (scary - even for me!)

I’ve called it CoachCast - a little bit podcast, a little bit coaching.

I hope this will do a couple of things: Give you all some super-relevant content and also make us all think about the AI use cases that individually may not be top of mind right now.

So, after I sent that email out, Heidi Howe from Harcourts St Helens immediately emailed me back with three pretty good questions, which were:

  1.  I use ChatGPT a lot to create checklists, but each time I ask, the format of the checklist is different despite asking it to create the same. Do you have any suggestions?

  2. Can I create a timeline of domino effect tasks that it can then upload into a calendar? And if so, what chance have I got of building some automation for those tasks? For example, a property goes under contract, so can you set a timeline of touch points from there on?

  3. After using Chat a bit, I'm finding that the suggestions it pumps back for property listing titles are all very generic - and don’t start me in the opening line to property listings 😂 Welcome to…….. nestled in……. I’ve put in my attributes, and I try to be quite specific with the instructions I give it - but they’re all feeling a bit the same as every other agent now, and I’m almost rewriting them from scratch. What suggestions might you have to spice them up and stand out from the crowd?

And… here is the result:
