From a planning perspective, I don’t know how that makes it different from any other year (!), but I thought we might kick off the prompting this year with some numbers and something strategic - no crystal ball required.

Many agents set ambitious income targets but struggle to turn them into actionable plans.

They either rely on gut feeling (‘I'll just work harder’) or get lost in spreadsheets trying to figure out precisely what they need to do each day.
