One way to set yourself apart from the customer might be to create videos from these checklists, which you can do pretty quickly with your existing checklists, ChatGPT and a GPT from the Marketplace called InVideo.

Once you have your video script (IRL, I would edit it to make sure it is personalised and factually accurate), you can search for the Invideo AI Video Maker in the GPT store.

The prompt I used with In Video was:

I’m a real estate agent. I want to create a [vendor onboarding] video from this script. [Paste Script]

As this is a GPT, you could potentially use other prompt building blocks with your prompt.

For example, ask for the voiceover to be in a professional tone, maybe with an Australian or New Zealand accent. You might also want to specify the type of background music and other such details.
