Creating Your Own Personal AI

🧩 drag-and-drop tech, no devs needed!

Today, our latest virtual cohort of AI-powered agents graduated, and I am super proud of them.

Between winning listings with AI workflows, superpowering processes, and levelling up communications in amazing ways, it’s been a pretty cool six weeks with some curious and smart people from around Australia and New Zealand.

I’m pretty mind-blown with everything they have achieved.

One of the course modules teaches the basics of GPT building so that you can ‘chat’ with your knowledge bases, allowing you and your team to access key information quickly.

This is an excellent use for ChatGPT if you have a smallish team and don’t mind the admin of managing multiple GPTs.

When you want more people on your team to use whatever you’ve created (up until recently), you’ve had two choices:

  1. Give everyone who needs to use whatever knowledgebase it is a ChatGPT licence (preferably the corporate version at $25 per month)

  2. Hire someone who can build a chatbot.

Both of these can result in costly solutions and or, alternately, administrative headaches.

So, in this round of the course, I introduced a tool that tackles this problem head-on.

And no, you don’t need a team of developers or a background in coding to get it up and running. It’s drag-and-drop simple.

And $29 per month seems way more manageable when everyone can access the tool I’ve created via a web link.

In the video below, exclusive to paid subscribers, is an excerpt of the course; you’ll see:

  1. How we built a legislation bot for Vic and WA (you could do something very similar no matter what the jurisdiction)

  2. Customised responses specifically for real estate professionals (instead of being consumer-facing)

  3. A sneak peek under the hood of how we did it with absolutely no code.
