Build your own GPTs

Introducing "MaccaGPT" with just some of (Mark McLeod's wisdom)

With all of OpenAI’s updates allowing us to create our own GPTs, last week, I created a GPT called Hook Master at speed (that is pretty killer at generating social media hooks, even if I do say so myself!).

Also: I have to say that becoming a developer without being a developer is pretty addictive!

Today, I’ve created a GPT called “MaccaGPT”—you can access it if you’re on the ChatGPT paid version.

Basically, MaccaGPT has been trained on all of the articles that Ray White’s Chief Strategy Officer, Mark McLeod, has written for us over the years.

That’s a fair bit of wisdom!

You can ask MaccaGPT all sorts of things: Auction vs Private treaty (you know the answer, right!?), How turnover impacts profitability, Christmas marketing ideas, and more - and hopefully, it answers you with a few good tips.

It will never be as good as the real thing, and MaccaGPT v1.0 still has some learning to do; I could tweak it a bit more with some of our podcasts, webinars, etc, to round out its knowledge some more, stop it from spelling in anything other than the Queen’s (British) English, and a few other things.

Anyway, if I can do it, you can too.

If you’re in real estate, you can train up your GPT on all sorts of things: FAQs, auction questions, offer questions, tenant questions, questions you get asked all the time… the list is endless.

It’s also not that hard to do, so that is going to be the topic of our next Paid Subscriber Deep Dive which will be on Friday 24/11 at 1 pm Sydney time.

If you’re a paid subscriber, I will also send you a separate invite in the morning - and hope to see you there.
