24 real estate prompts to use with the ChatGPT advanced voice assistant

Add voice-powered intelligence to your daily routine.

This morning, I woke up to a new feature on the ChatGPT app: Advanced Voice Mode has finally arrived!

This feature was announced in May, amidst much Kerfuffle about one of the voices sounding a bit too much like Scarlett Johansson.

It’s taken a while to arrive, but if you’re subscribed to the Plus, Team, or Enterprise plans and are based outside EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, or the U.K., you should be able to use it, too.

So, What’s New?

OpenAI’s new voice feature lets you:

  • Have real-time conversations with ChatGPT

  • Interrupt and adjust its tone, pace, or even ask for an accent change

  • Pick from nine different voices, each offering its own flavour

  • Enjoy more fluid responses, ideal for things like job interview prep or language practice

NB, I asked it to critique my appearance this morning, as I saw in the original demo, but it doesn’t seem to be doing that just yet!

How to Get Started in 5 Steps

If you are on one of the premium tiers, here’s how to jump right in:

  1. Update your ChatGPT app to the latest version.

  2. Open the app and look for a notification about the voice feature.

  3. Tap “continue” to enable the feature.

  4. Start a new chat by swiping right or tapping the two-line icon at the top left. Then, select ChatGPT from the list.

  5. Look for the sound wave icon next to the microphone. Tap it, and you’re ready to chat!

You’ll hear a slight “bump” sound and see a soothing blue animation to replace the white bouncing oval shapes, and you can simply start talking.

What Can You Do with Voice Mode?

Of course, if you need a bedtime story for the kids, some job interview practice, or a DuoLingo replacement Advanced Voice Assistant, it has absolutely got you. You can also simply chat about your day in multiple languages and accents.

But if you want some real estate questions to ask, here are 20 prompts that may help you with everything from trends and copywriting to negotiation:

  1. Tough customers
I'll play a tenant with unrealistic expectations about breaking their lease. Demonstrate how you would manage these expectations without compromising the client relationship.
